Using Our Website and Services

When you visit our website or reach out to us, you're agreeing to use our platform responsibly. This means:

Buying a Car Through Explicit Cars

Here's how the buying process works and what you should know:

The vehicles you see on our platform are pre-owned. We do our best to inspect them thoroughly and present them honestly, but we always encourage you to do your own inspection too. Take that test drive. Look under the hood. Ask questions. A car is a big investment, and we want you to feel confident.

When you decide on a car and make a booking, you're telling us you're serious. We'll take the car off the market and start preparing it for you. If you change your mind after booking, that's okay, but please understand that we may have turned away other interested buyers. So any booking amount paid may be refunded after deducting reasonable administrative charges.

Once the ownership transfer process begins, the car is yours. At that point, we can't accept cancellations because the paperwork with the Regional Transport Office and other authorities has already started moving.

Selling a Car Through Explicit Cars

If you're here to sell your car, welcome. Here's our promise to you:

When you enter your RC number, we'll do our best to give you a fair estimate. This isn't a binding offer, but a starting point for conversation. If we both agree on a price and move forward, great. If not, no hard feelings.

Any verification or listing fees we charge are for the work we put into assessing your vehicle. Once that work starts, those fees aren't refundable. But if you cancel before we begin, we'll do our best to process a partial refund.

Payments and Transactions

We use Razorpay to handle all online payments securely. When you pay through our website, you're entering a secure gateway. We never see or store your card details. That's between you and Razorpay.

If you're due a refund for any reason, we'll process it back to the original payment method. Please be patient with your bank—refunds typically take 7 to 14 business days to show up, and that timeline isn't always in our control.

Your Account and Responsibilities

If you create an account with us or use OTP login through WhatsApp, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Please don't share your OTP with anyone. Our team will never ask for it. If someone else uses your account, we'll assume it's you.
